What do you think of the new obama Financial Regulation?

Just to let you namely, the FDIC already has this power when it comes to banks and other financial institutions that are insured by the FDIC. I think it's a good idea enough for the government to see that the collapse of a large company does not compromise the economy rather than allowing them to be too big to fail, is not it? After all, is it not the right tea and baggers who cried on too big to fail? you people continue to complain about things, and never provide any solution, but when someone attempts to get you a solution to cry.
