What is the best way for me to tell my parents about my fashion blog?

I had a fashion blog for almost a year now. There is nothing "wrong" on it, and I am very careful what I choose to write – I do not reveal my full name, school, workplace, or to publish family photos. I do not put pictures of what I wear, and things that inspire me. I also recorded with modelmayhem.com, modeling Site online. I acquired several job offers. The problem is. I want to try modeling, but my parents are pretty conservative when it comes to Internet and the school. I do not want to scare them or stop writing. They do not know that I was taking pictures of my outfits for the last 2 years and they are public. I'm afraid of how it might be awkward. Does anyone have advice to tell my parents of my projects? I'm not sure how to start the conversation. I mean it like it is-blogging is a hobby and modeling can be a job booster. How can I tell them I'm safe, and make them understand?
